We support adults, especially ADHD, autistic, and AuDHD women (including undiagnosed, late-diagnosed, and self-identified), who are stuck in cycles of mental and emotional labour, and who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and burned out.
We provide a safe space for you to metabolise feelings of anxiety, anger, shame, guilt and other complex emotions, and work with you to build emotionally sustainable strategies as you navigate through personal and environmental challenges.
We understand emotional and sensory processing differences and sensitivities across a spectrum of neurotypes, supporting you in grief and trauma (both individual and intergenerational).
Our therapeutic techniques combine evidence-based research and lived experience. These include aspects of:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (neurodivergent-friendly)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Person-centred (Rogerian) Therapy
- Existential Therapy
- Parts Work
Who inspires us:
Sonny Jane Wise: Lived Experience Educator
David Gray-Hammond: Emergent Divergence
As a neurodiversity-affirming practice, we recognize that neuronormativity – a privileged set of cognitive assumptions deemed superior, socially acceptable and which stigmatizes non-normative social behaviors, attitudes, affect and action – is discriminatory and harmful to individuals of different identities that do not fit the norm. Affirming these identities, recognising their experiences and speaking up for specific needs, we connect with communities that offer a multitude of perspectives in conversations coming out of Singapore’s mental health circles.
Testimonials
“I was introduced to Dawn by a friend at a low point in my life and Dawn truly did help me turn it around completely by giving me concrete ways of dealing with my issues, walking me through it while being understanding, caring and empathetic. Dawn truly become a good friend and felt like family, and she has had an indescribable impact in my life. I now feel stronger and better equipped to handle things that life may throw at me but whenever I have an issue I know she’ll be there. I truly prefer her approach to therapy over the others I’ve encountered and I would highly recommend her services.”

“I met Dawn in November 2025. I had post-delirium burnout, carried so much self hate, treatment-resistant depression, and intergenerational trauma. Dawn is like a Swiss army knife, she has the ability to fully grasp the landscape of a man carrying concurrent unresolved mental health pain, and yet has the tenderness and gentle precision of a scalpel. Her sessions seamlessly helped me turn from a hopeless self-hating shut-in into one now hopeful about the future. She fully adheres to professional, legal and ethical standards, yet at the same time is pragmatic enough to comprehend the landscape and state that I was in, providing me with the ultimate safe space to vent out my pain. If you’re looking for a counsellor who does not see you as a case number, who is caring and genuine, go with Dawn.”
