We support adults, especially ADHD, autistic, and AuDHD women (including undiagnosed, late-diagnosed, and self-identified), who are stuck in cycles of mental and emotional labour, and who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and burned out.
We provide a safe space for you to metabolise feelings of anxiety, anger, shame, guilt and other complex emotions, and work with you to build emotionally sustainable strategies as you navigate through personal and environmental challenges.
We understand emotional and sensory processing differences and sensitivities across a spectrum of neurotypes, supporting you in grief and trauma (both individual and intergenerational).
Our therapeutic techniques combine evidence-based research and lived experience. These include aspects of:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (neurodivergent-friendly)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Person-centred (Rogerian) Therapy
- Existential Therapy
- Parts Work
