We counsel youths and adults to help them unpack and metabolize anxiety, depression, anger and fear in personal and interpersonal relationships and encounters. We provide support for exhaustion/burnout, emotional and sensory processing differences and sensitivities, grief and trauma (both individual and intergenerational).
Integrated modalities we use include concepts in:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (neurodivergent-friendly)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Person-centred (Rogerian) Therapy
- Lived experience-informed Therapy
- Somatic Therapy
