We counsel youths and adults to help them unpack and metabolize anxiety, depression, anger and fear in personal and interpersonal relationships and encounters. We provide support for exhaustion/burnout, emotional and sensory processing differences and sensitivities, grief and trauma (both individual and intergenerational).

Dawn Heng is our Principal Counsellor. Dawn has worked with local and international individuals from diverse racial, cultural, religious and irreligious backgrounds, neurotypes, gender and sexual identities and orientation. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from College of Allied Educators (Singapore) and an MA (Distinction) in Integrative Counselling from Leeds Beckett University (UK).
